this is a paid advertising method in a search engine, where you pay for a CLICK on an ad. It is part of the paid SEARCH MARKETING. It gives immediate results, but it is paid (unlike SEARCH PAGE OPTIMIZATION which takes time but costs nothing if you do it yourself).
